“Yes, hell is real, and for Catholics, it’s existence is a matter of dogma. … The great 16th century saint, Teresa of Avila … describes a vision of a hell she believed God gave her to help her turn away from her sins ….”
“… In the prayer, #Solomon acknowledges that #God made humankind ‘to govern the world in holiness and righteousness and to render judgment in integrity of heart.’ The king continues by asking God for wisdom, ‘the consort at your throne, and do not reject me from among your children.’ Solomon also pleads with God to send wisdom ‘that she may be with me and work with me, that I may know what is pleasing to you.’ He asks that his ‘deeds will be acceptable and I will judge your people justly and be worthy of my father’s throne.’ …”
“… The attack reportedly hacked as many as 18,000 accounts, including computers used by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi at the Pontifical Council for Culture, computers at a #Vatican guest house regularly used by prelates visiting Rome, and thousands of e-mail messages.
Vatican officials have not yet commented on the attack, and it is yet unknown to what extent sensitive Vatican information may have been compromised. …”

He is the one who will Baptize with the Holy Spirit.’
Now I have seen and testified that He is the Son of #God.'”

Then the fever left her …
… He cured many who were sick with various diseases,
and He drove out many demons,
not permitting them to speak because they knew Him.
Rising very early before dawn,
He left and went off to a deserted place, where He prayed. …”

“#Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan …
… After Jesus was baptized,
He came up from the water and behold,
the Heavens were opened for Him,
and He saw the Spirit of #God descending like a dove
and coming upon Him.
… a Voice came from the Heavens, saying,
‘This is My Beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.'”
“The chalking of the doors is a centuries-old practice throughout the world … an easy tradition to adopt, and a great practice whereby we dedicate our year to #God from its very outset, asking His blessing on our homes and on all who live, work or visit them there. …”
