Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said:
‘… it was in the Name of Jesus Christ the Nazorean
Whom you crucified, Whom God Raised from the dead
… [that] this man stands before you healed.
He is the stone rejected by you, the builders,
which has become the cornerstone.
There is no salvation through anyone else,
nor is there any other Name under heaven
… by which we are to be Saved.’
SECOND READING
See what Love the Father has bestowed on us
that we may be called the Children of God.

… the reason the world does not know us
is that it did not know Him.
… we are God’s children now;
