They are unblemished, they do not speak falsehood, and they follow Christ wherever He goes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I, John, looked and there was the Lamb standing on Mount Zion,\u00a0and with Him a hundred and forty-four thousand\u00a0who had His Name and His Father\u2019s name written on their foreheads.\u00a0&#8230; who follow the Lamb wherever He goes.\u00a0&#8230;\u00a0ransomed as the first fruits\u00a0of the human race for God and the Lamb.\u00a0On their lips no deceit has been found; they are unblemished.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Holy Mother Church continues to focus on the end times in Mass Readings as we approach Advent. \u00a0Even though we think of the approaching season of Advent as an anticipation of the Nativity of Christ,\u00a0the focus on the end times reminds us of the over-arching need to anticipate Christ&#8217;s Second Coming, and to reorder our lives to prepare for eternity.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/usccb.org\/bible\/psalms\/24:1\" href=\"http:\/\/usccb.org\/bible\/psalms\/24:1\" target=\"_blank\">PSALM 24:1BC-2, 3-4AB, 5-6<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Lord, this is the people that longs to see Your Face.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/usccb.org\/bible\/luke\/21:1\" href=\"http:\/\/usccb.org\/bible\/luke\/21:1\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\nGOSPEL: Luke 21:1-4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jesus observes the poor widow putting in two small coins, and explains how she put in more than all the rest, because she was giving out of her poverty, not like the wealthy who simply gave part of their\u00a0excess wealth.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;&#8230;\u00a0Jesus &#8230;\u00a0saw some wealthy people\u00a0putting their offerings into the treasury\u00a0and He noticed a poor widow putting in two small coins.\u00a0He said, &#8216;&#8230;\u00a0this poor widow put in more than all the rest;
