he who observes the<br \/>\nCommandments sacrifices a peace offering.<br \/>\nIn works of Charity one offers fine flour,<br \/>\n* * *<br \/>\nTo refrain from evil pleases the LORD,<br \/>\nand to avoid injustice is an atonement.<br \/>\nAppear not before the LORD empty-handed,<br \/>\n* * *<br \/>\nIn a generous spirit pay homage to the LORD,<br \/>\n* * *<br \/>\n&#8230; show a cheerful countenance,<br \/>\nand pay your tithes in a spirit of joy.<br \/>\nGive to the Most High as He has given to you,<br \/>\ngenerously, according to your means.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So some of the sign-posts offered by Sirach, to honor and worship God, include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>keep God&#8217;s Law<\/li>\n<li>observe God&#8217;s Commandments<\/li>\n<li>refrain from evil<\/li>\n<li>avoid injustice<\/li>\n<li>pay homage to God with a generous spirit<\/li>\n<li>pay tithes (including by means of the above) with joy<\/li>\n<li>God has given to us generously, so we are to give back generously, according to our means, our ability to do so<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>LINKS &amp;
