The Washington Examiner reports on actions taking by the FEC against the DNC and Hillary Rodham Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign over falsifications of records regarding the use of funds to finance the discredited dossier that bolstered false claims about Donald Trump and Russia. The dossier also figured into the troubled FBI investigation into the matter.
