Car and Driver reports that, as posted on twitter by the automaker, Chevrolet will be offering an all-electric Corvette, having already announced a hybrid version.

"GM confirmed ... an electric ... Corvette coming soon. A hybrid powertrain will be added next year ... [T]he battery-powered model will follow.
