Amdist the Covid-19 coranvirus pandemic and uneven participation by conferences, the NCAA is freezing eligibilty and not counting 2020 participation regardless of how extensively given players might take the field. As a result, the Notre Dame quarterback depth chart could get crowded and unpredictable across multiple seasons, Sports Illustrated observes.
